Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it: unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in the original packaging. Please also include the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to return an item
To start a return, please email us at peter@mr81.be.
If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item,
please contact us immediately at peter@mr81.be.
In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Exceptions
We do not accept returns for:
- Items that have been worn or washed
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Sale items
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange for a different size or color, the fastest way is to return the original item (at your own cost) and place a new order for the desired item.
European Union – 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
The item must still meet the return conditions:
unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in the original packaging.
Return shipping costs are also the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, you’ll be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since we approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at peter@mr81.be.
